Cover a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil. Set it aside for now.

Heat up the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a medium pan on low-medium heat. Stir gently the whole time to avoid burning the chocolate until it's smooth and fully melted.

Take the pan off the heat and stir the chopped gumdrops into the melted mixture.

Pour the melted fudge mix into the prepared pan, then smooth it out evenly.

Put the pan in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, or leave it overnight, until it's firm.

After it's set, lift the fudge out of the pan, use a knife to slice it into small pieces, and dig in!
