Cheesecake Velvet Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package of red velvet cake mix.
02 - Ingredients listed on cake mix box.
03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened.
04 - 4 tbsp butter, softened.
05 - Half a cup of powdered sugar.
06 - 2 cups of finely crushed graham crackers.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to preheat.
02 - Cover two 8-inch pans with parchment paper.
03 - Follow the directions on your cake mix package to make the batter.
04 - Once baked, leave the cake to cool all the way through.
05 - Break the cake apart until it has a crumb texture.
06 - If crumbs feel wet, bake them on a sheet at 350°F for 5-6 minutes.
07 - Whip cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
08 - Grind graham crackers into a fine crumb consistency.
09 - Mix in crushed graham crackers and vanilla to the cream cheese blend.
10 - Use a small scoop to roll the mixture into smooth little balls.
11 - Place the balls in the fridge for at least an hour.
12 - Roll cold balls in cake crumbs and smooth out their shape again as needed.
