Stuffing Turkey Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 and a half cups of mashed potatoes.
02 - 2 and a half cups of stuffing.
03 - 2 cups of diced turkey.
04 - A pinch of salt and some pepper.
05 - Enough bread crumbs to firm up the mixture.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with some wax paper.
02 - Pop the potatoes and stuffing into the microwave for 60 seconds to warm them up.
03 - Stir together turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pepper, and salt in a big bowl.
04 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls. If it's too sticky, sprinkle in more bread crumbs.
05 - Lay the balls on the baking sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
06 - Dish them up warm, alongside gravy or cranberry sauce.

# Notes:

01 - If the mixture feels wet, bread crumbs will help soak it up.
02 - Perfect for using leftovers from a big meal.
03 - You can prepare this in advance and heat it when you're ready to eat.
