Set your oven to 180°C (fan). Take two baking trays and cover them with greaseproof paper.

Unroll the pastry, smooth out any creases, cut out heart shapes, and press smaller heart outlines in the middle.

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth and creamy. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag.

Pipe the filling onto the cut-out heart shapes, then add sliced strawberries on top. Brush the edges with dairy-free milk and sprinkle a little sugar.

Pop the trays into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy. Let them cool a bit, then enjoy with a sprinkle of icing sugar on top.
