Pink Sugar Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter.
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
04 - 3 large eggs.
05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - Pink gel food coloring.
09 - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Chill dough for half an hour. Get baking sheet ready with parchment.
02 - Blend sugar with butter. Toss in eggs and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix it all together and add coloring. Fold in the chips.
03 - Set oven to 350°F. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place them 2 inches apart and bake 12-13 mins. Let them rest a minute before cooling on a wire rack.

01 - Cookies get a deeper color in the oven.
02 - Cold dough keeps the shape intact.
03 - Freeze dough to use later.
04 - Swap the chips for other types or leave them out.
