Festive Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of milk
02 - 1/4 cup sugar
03 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 2 1/4 cups plain flour
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 beaten egg
07 - 1/3 cup cooking oil
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
09 - Fresh strawberries (12)
10 - 1/4 cup festive sprinkles with extras for garnish
11 - Whipped topping

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl
02 - Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla to dry mixture until smooth. Mix in sprinkles
03 - On a hot, oiled griddle, pour batter into 4-inch rounds. Flip once bubbles form
04 - Layer whipped cream and strawberries on top to resemble Santa hats, adding extra whipped cream as needed

# Notes:

01 - Pop them in the freezer for up to three months
02 - Set oven at 200°F to keep cooked pancakes warm
03 - Store in the fridge for 3 days max
