Broccoli Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried).
02 - 1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped.
03 - A dash of kosher salt.
04 - 1/2 cup asiago, shredded.
05 - 1 (8-ounce) can of plain tomato sauce.
06 - A pinch of red pepper flakes.
07 - 4 ounces of crumbled feta.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon basil (dried).
09 - 1 ball of dough for pizza.
10 - 1/8 cup Parmesan, grated finely.
11 - 1/4 cup halved kalamata olives.
12 - 2 cups mozzarella, shredded fine.
13 - 4 cups broccoli, cut into small florets.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to warm up to 425°F.
02 - Combine tomato sauce with garlic and Parmesan. Stir in seasonings and dried herbs. Keep this aside.
03 - Pop it in the microwave with water for about 3 to 4 minutes, then drain. Blot dry and season lightly.
04 - Toss mozzarella with asiago. Roll out dough and grease the pan. Cover with sauce and 2/3 of the cheese blend. Scatter broccoli, olives, and feta on top. Add the remaining cheese.
05 - Bake until the crust goes golden, roughly 15-20 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - If dough pulls back, let it relax for a bit.
02 - Use a 14-inch pan for best results.
03 - Dry your broccoli well to avoid soggy spots.
04 - Store-bought sauce works fine.
05 - Three kinds of cheese give the best taste combo.
