No-Bake Ritz (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g).
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (250g).
03 - Sprinkles if you'd like.
04 - 16 oz of chopped chocolate.
05 - 60 Ritz crackers.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the peanut butter and sugar until it's smooth.
02 - Lay out 30 crackers on a tray lined with parchment paper.
03 - Spoon 2 scoops of the peanut butter mixture onto each cracker.
04 - Place another cracker on top of each and press lightly.
05 - Put them in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes while you melt chocolate.
06 - Microwave the chocolate in a bowl for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval until melted.
07 - Lay fresh parchment paper on a clean baking tray.
08 - Dip half of the chilled cookies into the melted chocolate. Gently shake off the extra.
09 - Lay the chocolate-coated cookies on the pan. Quickly sprinkle on decorations if using.
10 - Dip the rest of the cookies and chill everything for 45-60 minutes until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Stores for a week in an airtight container on the counter or in the fridge.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months by layering with paper in between.
