05 - Crushed peppermint candy pieces (2 tbsp) for decoration.
06 - Whipped cream to top it off.
# Instructions:
01 - Spread corn syrup on a flat plate and put crushed peppermint pieces on another plate. Touch the rim of your shot glass in the corn syrup first, then roll it in the candy bits until fully covered.
02 - Add the half and half into your rimmed glass. Then pour in the white chocolate syrup and add the peppermint extract drops.
03 - Give everything a quick stir to mix it all together. Add a small swirl of whipped cream on top before you serve it.
