Best Lobster Tail Ever (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
03 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon finely minced thyme.
06 - 1 teaspoon minced rosemary.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
08 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to broil or 500°F to get it ready.
02 - Cut through the top of each tail with scissors, lift the meat out, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
03 - Combine melted butter with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and paprika in a bowl.
04 - Brush the herb butter mixture over the meat generously.
05 - Pop the tails under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, until the meat is white and has a slight golden tinge.
