Set your oven to broil or 500°F to get it ready.

Cut through the top of each tail with scissors, lift the meat out, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine melted butter with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and paprika in a bowl.

Brush the herb butter mixture over the meat generously.

Pop the tails under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, until the meat is white and has a slight golden tinge.
