Overnight Lemon Poppy Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/4 cup yogurt—choose either Greek or a non-dairy option
02 - 1 cup fast-cooking oats
03 - 3/4 to 1 cup plant-based milk
04 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey

→ Flavoring

05 - A small pinch of salt
06 - 1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon zest
07 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
08 - 1 tablespoon of tiny poppy seeds
09 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring

# Instructions:

01 - Dump everything into a big bowl or container, then stir till it’s all blended together.
02 - Pop a lid on it and chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours until it thickens up.
03 - Give it a good stir and enjoy! Add some fresh blueberries or an extra dollop of yogurt if you’d like.

# Notes:

01 - If you're using a sweet yogurt, you might want to put in less maple syrup.
02 - Go with less milk first if you like a thicker texture.
