Sriracha & Honey Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1.5 lbs of chicken thighs or breasts, no bones and no skin

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup of honey
03 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon of vinegar made from rice
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon of oil for cooking
07 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of Sriracha, depending on your taste
08 - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
09 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water

→ Garnish

10 - Green onions, chopped
11 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure the chicken is dry, then sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
02 - Mix together honey, the Sriracha, some soy sauce, the rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
03 - In a skillet, cook the chicken in oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. It should turn golden and hit 165°F inside.
04 - Let the sauce simmer in the pan. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken, if needed, then coat the chicken with the sauce.
05 - Top everything off with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve.

# Notes:

01 - You can adjust how spicy it is by adding more or less Sriracha.
