Chicken Melt with Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Two pieces of garlic bread

→ Filling

02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
03 - 1 cup of chicken, already cooked and shredded
04 - 1/2 cup of mozzarella, shredded

→ Spread

05 - 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
06 - Salt and pepper to suit your taste
07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and toss in the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, then mix everything until it’s all blended together.
02 - Start with one slice of garlic bread. Spread the chicken mix evenly, then sprinkle on the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
03 - Place the second garlic bread slice on top. Warm a skillet on medium heat and cook your sandwich for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it’s golden and gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Both homemade and store-bought garlic bread work fine here
02 - You can sprinkle in some fresh herbs like basil or parsley to amp up the freshness
03 - Go ahead and add red pepper flakes or hot sauce if you love a little heat
