Festive Holiday Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 3 cups of white chocolate chips.
03 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of green food coloring.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint flavoring.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of red food dye.
07 - About 2 tablespoons of sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment paper to line an 8x8 pan, making sure it reaches the edges.
02 - Combine chocolate chips, sweet milk, butter, and peppermint in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt by heating in 30-second bursts, stirring after each until smooth.
03 - Scoop out 1/2 cup of the melted mix into a bowl, mix in red coloring. Do the same in another bowl with green coloring. Stir each fast.
04 - Drop spoonfuls of the red and green mixtures onto the base layer. Use a knife to create swirls. Sprinkle tops with optional sprinkles.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days.
02 - You can switch out the peppermint for other flavor options.
03 - Works great with different chocolates, too.
