Use parchment paper to line an 8x8 pan, making sure it reaches the edges.

Combine chocolate chips, sweet milk, butter, and peppermint in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt by heating in 30-second bursts, stirring after each until smooth.

Scoop out 1/2 cup of the melted mix into a bowl, mix in red coloring. Do the same in another bowl with green coloring. Stir each fast.

Drop spoonfuls of the red and green mixtures onto the base layer. Use a knife to create swirls. Sprinkle tops with optional sprinkles.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
