Slice all the cinnamon rolls into four equal pieces each.

Use non-stick spray to lightly grease the slow cooker.

Spread pieces from one package of rolls evenly at the bottom.

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl.

Evenly pour the mixture over the layers at the bottom.

Scatter the remaining roll pieces on top of the liquid mixture.

Drizzle one of the icing packets over everything.

Place the lid on and let it cook on LOW for 2 to 2.5 hours.

Once done, use the last icing packet to finish on top.
