Beef Slider (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 12 soft mini burger buns
02 - 1 pound fresh ground beef

→ Seasonings

03 - 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce & Toppings

07 - 1⁄4 cup mayo
08 - 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
09 - 1 teaspoon regular yellow mustard
10 - 1⁄2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
11 - 1⁄4 cup chopped dill pickles
12 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F. Split those buns open and place the bottom halves on a lined baking tray.
02 - Mix up your beef with all the seasonings. Shape into 12 small patties about 2 inches wide. Cook them in a pan for about 3 to 4 minutes each side.
03 - Mix your mayo, ketchup, and mustard together in a small bowl until smooth.
04 - Put some sauce on each bun bottom. Add cheese, then a patty, and some pickles. Pop the top buns on.
05 - Stick them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese gets all melty and the buns turn golden.
