In a medium bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar so it's ready to go.

Take the biscuits apart, rolling each one out into a 4-inch circle. For Grands, split them into two layers.

Spoon a tablespoon of the apple filling into the center. Pinch the edges together to seal and form little balls.

Pop the balls into the air fryer basket with about an inch between each. Cook at 380°F for 5-6 minutes until they turn golden.

While bombs are still warm, dunk them in melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mix.
