Coconut Curry Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 teaspoon turmeric.
03 - 1 1/4 cups coconut yoghurt.
04 - 2 tablespoons lime juice.
05 - 2 tablespoons curry powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until smooth and blended.
02 - Use this to soak chicken thighs, tofu slabs, steak-cut cauliflower, or beef sirloin and rump.

# Notes:

01 - You can pair this flexible marinade with both veggies and meats. Creaminess comes from the coconut yoghurt, while the curry powder and turmeric add a warm, rich taste.
