Bang Bang Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg.
02 - 1 pound chicken breast, no skin or bones.
03 - ⅓ cup of milk, whole.
04 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour.
05 - ¼ cup cornstarch.
06 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
07 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - 2 cups of frying oil, vegetable.
09 - ⅓ cup mayo.
10 - 3 tablespoons of chili sauce, sweet.
11 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
12 - ½ teaspoon of salt.
13 - 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce.
14 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix honey, sesame seeds, mayo, Sriracha, salt, and sweet chili sauce. Put aside for now.
02 - Dice the chicken into cubes about an inch big. In one bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. In another, mix your cornstarch, pepper, salt, and flour.
03 - Dip the chicken chunks in the milk mixture first. Then shake them inside a plastic bag filled with the dry flour mix until covered all over.
04 - Warm up the oil on medium-high heat. Fry the chicken a handful at a time for 3-4 minutes, flipping to get even crispiness, until they turn golden brown.
05 - Let the cooked chicken drain on paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with your sauce until fully coated. Serve right away while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when eaten right away.
02 - Frying in smaller batches might work better.
03 - You can tweak the spice level in the sauce as you like.
