In a bowl, mix honey, sesame seeds, mayo, Sriracha, salt, and sweet chili sauce. Put aside for now.

Dice the chicken into cubes about an inch big. In one bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. In another, mix your cornstarch, pepper, salt, and flour.

Dip the chicken chunks in the milk mixture first. Then shake them inside a plastic bag filled with the dry flour mix until covered all over.

Warm up the oil on medium-high heat. Fry the chicken a handful at a time for 3-4 minutes, flipping to get even crispiness, until they turn golden brown.

Let the cooked chicken drain on paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with your sauce until fully coated. Serve right away while hot.
