White Chicken Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Starting Mix

01 - 2 tablespoons good olive oil for cooking
02 - 1 regular onion cut into small chunks
03 - 3 cloves fresh garlic smashed and diced
04 - 1 fresh jalapeno pepper diced tiny without seeds if you want spice

→ Flavor Blend

05 - 1 teaspoon ground up cumin
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder mix
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
09 - Salt and fresh ground black pepper to your liking

→ Core Ingredients

10 - 4 cups tasty chicken stock
11 - 3 cups cooked chicken pulled into bits
12 - 2 cans white beans drained and washed 15 oz each
13 - 1 small can diced green chilis 4 oz
14 - 1 cup corn straight from freezer

→ Rich Add Ins

15 - 1/2 cup soft cream cheese
16 - 1/2 cup fresh heavy cream
17 - Juice squeezed from 1 whole lime

→ Toppings

18 - Fresh cut cilantro leaves
19 - Shredded cheese mix Monterey Jack or cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil, cook onion until soft, add garlic and jalapeño until fragrant.
02 - Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, and oregano. Toast for 1-2 minutes.
03 - Add broth, chicken, beans, chilies, and corn. Simmer 20 minutes.
04 - Stir in cream cheese until melted. Add heavy cream and lime juice. Season to taste.
