Cherry Cream Crescents (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent dough.
02 - One large egg, room temperature, divided into yolk and white.
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 8 ounces of soft cream cheese.
05 - 1 can (21 oz) of cherry pie mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the softened cream cheese, yolk from the large egg, and powdered sugar until smooth.
02 - Set oven temperature to 350°F. Spray baking sheets lightly with oil. Unroll the crescent dough into 16 triangles, and arrange them on the sheets.
03 - On the wide end of each triangle, spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mix, followed by 1 tablespoon of the cherry pie mix. Pull the pointy end of the dough over the filling, tuck in the ends, and coat with the egg white.
04 - Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until they're golden on the outside.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
02 - Swap out the cherry pie filling with your favorite fruit mix.
03 - Eggs at room temperature make mixing a lot easier.
04 - You’ll end up with a total of 16 folds.
05 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
