Heat cream cheese and a splash of cream in the microwave until it’s soft.

Pour into the Ninja pint and stir in sugar until it’s dissolved. Gradually add the leftover cream and milk.

Pop on the lid and freeze for 3 hours or longer.

Run the Ninja Creami on the ice cream setting. If it’s not creamy enough, spin it again.

Throw in whatever extras you like and use the mix-in mode to blend them in.
