Line a 9x9 pan with parchment and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Put it aside for now.

Pour the condensed milk into a large pot and warm it over medium heat. Stir it often while it heats up.

When the milk is warm, toss in the chocolate chips, cookie mix, and butter. Stir until everything's melted and creamy.

Take the pot off the heat and mix in as many sprinkles as you'd like.

Pour the melted mixture into the pan you set up earlier. Add more sprinkles on top.

Pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or leave it overnight until it's firm. Slice it into small pieces and enjoy.
