Chicken Burrito with Chipotle Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
02 - Half a cup of ranch dressing
03 - 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce

→ Fresh Extras

04 - 1 cup of shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
05 - 1 avocado, sliced up
06 - 1 cup of lettuce, shredded
07 - 1 cup of chopped-up tomatoes

→ Tortillas & Flavor Boosters

08 - 4 big flour tortillas
09 - A bit of olive oil for cooking
10 - A pinch of salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, and a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl until every piece is coated evenly.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat, scoop about a quarter of the chicken mix into the center, and pile on lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and avocado slices over it.
03 - Bring in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from bottom to top so the insides are secure. Do this with the rest of the tortillas.
04 - Heat a pan (medium flame) with a little olive oil. Put your burritos in seam-side down, and cook for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.
05 - Give it a minute to cool, cut each burrito in half, and dig in! Add extra sauce for dipping if that’s your thing.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the chicken filling earlier and store it in the fridge.
02 - Customize with more ingredients like bell peppers, black beans, or sweet corn.
03 - Goes great with salsa, guac, or even tortilla chips!
