Toss the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, and a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl until every piece is coated evenly.

Lay a tortilla flat, scoop about a quarter of the chicken mix into the center, and pile on lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and avocado slices over it.

Bring in the edges of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from bottom to top so the insides are secure. Do this with the rest of the tortillas.

Heat a pan (medium flame) with a little olive oil. Put your burritos in seam-side down, and cook for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.

Give it a minute to cool, cut each burrito in half, and dig in! Add extra sauce for dipping if that’s your thing.
