Toss cherries, sweetener, and water into a pot over medium heat. As it simmers, stir and press the cherries until the sweetener dissolves and it thickens up.

Pour the mixture through a strainer into a container, leaving the cherries behind. Let it cool to room temperature.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in as much cherry syrup as you'd like.

Froth up the almond milk and creamer together if you want. Then pour it into the glass.

Top everything with chilled espresso or cold brew, stir it well until it turns a light pink shade.
