Cherry Vanilla Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Syrup

01 - 2 cups frozen cherries, pitted
02 - 1/2 cup water
03 - 1/2 cup sweetener (sugar or monk fruit)

→ Latte

04 - 2-3 tablespoons cherry syrup
05 - 1/2 cup almond milk with vanilla flavor
06 - 1/2 cup chilled coffee like cold brew or 2 shots of espresso
07 - 2 tablespoons almond creamer, vanilla flavored

# Instructions:

01 - Toss cherries, sweetener, and water into a pot over medium heat. As it simmers, stir and press the cherries until the sweetener dissolves and it thickens up.
02 - Pour the mixture through a strainer into a container, leaving the cherries behind. Let it cool to room temperature.
03 - Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in as much cherry syrup as you'd like.
04 - Froth up the almond milk and creamer together if you want. Then pour it into the glass.
05 - Top everything with chilled espresso or cold brew, stir it well until it turns a light pink shade.

# Notes:

01 - If you prefer it warm, fresh espresso works well instead of cold brew.
02 - Adding frothed milk is optional but makes it creamier.
