Cherry Candy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup softened unsalted butter.
02 - 3 teaspoons Cherry Bakery Emulsion by LorAnn.
03 - 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate.
04 - ¼ teaspoon red coloring for food.
05 - 3 cups of powdered sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.
07 - ¼ cup of chopped-up peanuts.
08 - 2 tablespoons of milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Start the mixer on low and slowly add powdered sugar to the butter. Pour in the milk, red coloring, and cherry flavoring. Mix till everything looks smooth.
02 - Scoop out 2 teaspoons of the mixture and roll into little balls. Arrange on a tray and pop them into the freezer for about 2 hours until they’re hard.
03 - Warm up the chocolate with the coconut oil. Stir well, then mix in the peanuts.
04 - Dip the frozen balls one by one into the melted chocolate. Lay them down on a sheet that's lined with parchment.
05 - Freeze them until firm. Keep them in the fridge to store.
