Combine the chicken with half the cheese in a bowl.

Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mix onto the wide end of each roll.

Roll them up snugly until sealed.

Place the rolls in a 9x13 pan, leaving little gaps for baking.

In a saucepan, combine the rest of the cheese, soup, and milk. Heat until smooth.

Drizzle the warm sauce over the rolls evenly.
