Set your oven to 350°F and line baking trays with parchment paper.

In a bowl, use a mixer to combine the vanilla, cream cheese, butter, and egg until smooth and creamy.

Carefully stir in the cake mix until the dough gets thick. Mix in sprinkles, but don’t overdo it.
