In a pan on medium heat, warm up the oil and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until it smells amazing.

Toss the shredded pork and BBQ sauce into the pan, heating until it’s nice and warm. Then turn off the heat.

Lay down one slice of brioche, put on a slice of cheese, add pork, sprinkle onion crisps, top with another slice of cheese, then close it up with a second piece of bread.

Smear a thin, even coat of mayo onto the outer sides of every sandwich.

Get a clean pan heated up on medium-low heat.

Toast each side of the sandwich for about 2-3 minutes, flipping once, until they’re crisp and golden.
