Chicken Egg Rolls Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein and Veggies

01 - Two cups of chicken breast, minced into tiny pieces
02 - Half a cup of finely chopped onions
03 - A cup of shredded cabbage
04 - Half a cup of carrots, grated
05 - Two garlic cloves, chopped into small bits

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - One teaspoon sesame oil
07 - Two tablespoons of soy sauce

→ Outer Wrappers

08 - Twelve wrappers for egg rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the minced chicken pieces in a pan on medium heat until they lose their pink color.
02 - Mix in the minced garlic and let it cook for about a minute until it smells lovely.
03 - Throw in the shredded cabbage, carrots, and diced onions. Cook just until the veggies soften up a little.
04 - Drizzle in sesame oil and soy sauce. Cook everything together for another couple minutes, then remove from heat and leave it to cool.
05 - On a clean surface, place a single wrapper. Add two big spoonfuls of the mix into the center. Fold the bottom up over the filling, tuck the sides in, and wrap tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
06 - Warm up the air fryer to 375°F. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray.
07 - Put the rolls into the fryer in one layer. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray, then air fry for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway. They should turn crispy and golden!
