Citrus Mix Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups of pineapple, cut into chunks
02 - 1 cup of kiwi, peeled and cut into rounds
03 - 2 cups of peeled and separated mandarin or clementine segments
04 - Half a cup of pomegranate seeds
05 - Three spoonfuls of freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
06 - 3 tablespoons of honey or your preferred sweet syrup
07 - 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
08 - A handful of fresh mint leaves to top it off

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the pineapple, kiwi, citrus pieces, and pomegranate in a big bowl
02 - In a smaller bowl, stir together the honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds until smooth
03 - Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mix, gently fold it together, and sprinkle some mint on top to make it fancy
