Set the oven to 180°C/356°F and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.

Whisk the sugar and eggs together in a medium-sized bowl until well blended.

Slowly pour in the cooled melted butter while stirring the egg mixture.

Stir in the flour until it’s fully mixed in. The batter will get super thick.

Fold in the white chocolate chips, making sure they’re spread out evenly.

Pour the batter into your prepared pan, smooth the surface, and if you want, sprinkle some sea salt on top. Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are firm, and the top is golden.

Leave it to cool completely in the tin before lifting it out and slicing it into 9 pieces.
