Warm Cheesy Crab Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup tangy sour cream.
03 - 2 tablespoons creamy mayo.
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix.
06 - 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh snipped chives.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (if you like heat).
09 - 8 ounces drained and patted dry lump crab.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven warmed to 350°F (177°C).
02 - Whip together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice and Old Bay until it's nice and fluffy.
03 - Fold in your cheddar, snipped chives and hot sauce if you want a kick. Make sure the flavor's right for you.
04 - Carefully mix in your crab meat, trying to keep some big chunks whole.
05 - Dump the mixture into your baking dish and pop it in the oven for about 20 minutes until it's bubbly hot.

01 - Make sure to really dry that crab meat before adding it.
