Turkey Melt Cheddar Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cooked bacon strips.
02 - 4 slices of thick sourdough or crusty bread.
03 - A thinly sliced medium red tomato.
04 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey.
05 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter.
06 - ½ cup of fresh baby spinach.
07 - 2 white cheddar cheese slices.
08 - 2 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing.

# Instructions:

01 - Portion out the spinach, bacon, turkey, cheese, and honey mustard for two sandwiches.
02 - Start with a bread slice, then add honey mustard, cheese, turkey, tomato, spinach, and bacon. Use the second bread slice with honey mustard to close it up.
03 - Coat the outer sides of the bread with softened butter.
04 - Cook in a heated skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden and the cheese oozes.

01 - Freshly sliced cheese makes a difference.
02 - You can skip the dairy to adjust it.
