Juicy Stuffed Turkey Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 3 pounds of turkey breast.
02 - 4 ounces of soft cream cheese at room temperature.
03 - 1 tablespoon of finely diced garlic.
04 - 1/3 cup of fresh spinach, roughly chopped.
05 - 1/3 cup of crispy bacon bits.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of table salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
08 - 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped.
09 - 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
10 - 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves, chopped.
11 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon of smoky paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 400°F. Flatten the turkey until it's about 1/4-inch thick.
02 - Combine the soft cream cheese with chopped spinach, diced garlic, bacon bits, your fresh herbs, and the salt and pepper.
03 - Layer the mixed filling onto the flattened turkey, then roll it up tight and stick in toothpicks to hold everything together.
04 - Coat the outside of your turkey roll with your spice mix.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 15-25 minutes until it hits 160°F inside. Then broil for about 5 minutes to get a nice brown crust.
06 - Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, brush some herb butter on top, then cut into slices and dish it up.

# Notes:

01 - Your cooking time will change depending on how big your turkey piece is.
02 - You can swap in dried herbs if you don't have fresh ones handy.
03 - It's tastiest when eaten right away but you can warm it up later if needed.
