Thanksgiving Sausage Stuffing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz ground sausage, Italian-style.
02 - 3 cups chicken stock.
03 - 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh leaves.
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary.
05 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped.
06 - Salt and pepper as needed.
07 - 2 tablespoons sage leaves, chopped fresh.
08 - 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin.
09 - 1 lb sliced Italian loaf.
10 - 1/2 cup chopped celery.
11 - 1/2 cup onions, diced.
12 - 6 minced garlic cloves.
13 - 2 large eggs, beaten.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to preheat.
02 - Crumble the sausage in a hot pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until done.
03 - In the pan with oil, sauté garlic, celery, and onions for 5 minutes. Toss in the fresh herbs, stir, and let it cook for another minute.
04 - In a bowl, mix the bread with broth, pour whisked eggs over it, and combine this with the sausage and veggies.
05 - Spoon the mixture into a 13x9 casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned on top.
