Tangy Feta Cranberry Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta.
02 - 1/4 cup softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup good quality olive oil.
04 - 1 garlic clove, peeled.
05 - Pepper and salt according to preference.
06 - 2 tablespoons dairy or heavy cream (optional for thinning).
07 - 1/2 cup sweet cranberry preserve.
08 - 3 tablespoons crushed pistachios.
09 - 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil with some salt and pepper in your food processor and whip until creamy. Pour in dairy/cream bit by bit if you want it thinner.
02 - Put the smooth feta mix onto a nice plate or bowl.
03 - Spoon cranberry preserve over the top, scatter with pistachios and fresh thyme. Finish with a little more olive oil on top.

# Notes:

01 - Works fine with grocery store or homemade cranberry sauce.
02 - Pour milk in small amounts for perfect texture.
03 - You can make the base earlier and add toppings just before guests arrive.
