Sweet Cinnamon Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (250g) plain flour.
02 - 1 1/2 cups (300g) white sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons rising powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
05 - 1 1/4 cups (306g) full-fat milk.
06 - 1 large egg, not cold.
07 - 2 tablespoons sweet butter, melted.
08 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla.
09 - 1/4 cup (57g) sweet butter, melted (for outside layer).
10 - 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar (for outside layer).
11 - 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oven to 350°F. Give your 8.5x4.5-inch bread tin a good spray with non-stick stuff.
02 - Put flour, sugar, rising powder and salt together in a big bowl.
03 - In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla until smooth.
04 - Add wet stuff to dry stuff and stir just enough to mix. Don't beat it too much.
05 - Fill the tin and let it bake for 60-70 minutes until a stick poked in comes out nearly clean.
06 - Let sit 10 minutes, take out of tin, brush butter all over and roll in your sugar spice mix.

# Notes:

01 - Mix just enough to blend everything.
02 - Add the sweet topping while bread isn't fully cool.
03 - Leftover sugar mix keeps well for next time.
