Set your oven to 375°F and let it warm up.

Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Throw the turkey, dry cranberries, spice mix, stuffing, broth, beaten egg, sage, and thyme into a bowl, then season to taste and mix well.

Scoop the mix into small balls, around the size of a golf ball. Set on the tray and brush with butter if you'd like.

Bake them for about 20-25 minutes or until you see them cooked through and golden.

Serve while hot, adding gravy and cranberry sauce if that's your thing.
