Holiday Spiced Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened unsalted butter from Challenge (1 cup/226g).
02 - Confectioners' sugar (1/2 cup/57g).
03 - Pure vanilla (1 teaspoon).
04 - Table salt (1/2 teaspoon).
05 - Cinnamon powder (1 teaspoon).
06 - Powdered ginger (1 teaspoon).
07 - Freshly grated nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - Crushed allspice (1/4 teaspoon).
09 - Powdered cloves (1/4 teaspoon).
10 - Dark molasses (1 tablespoon).
11 - Regular flour (2 1/4 cups/279g).
12 - Extra confectioners' sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment on your cookie trays.
02 - Whip the butter till it's light and airy, roughly 20 seconds. Blend in the sugar, vanilla, salt, all spices, and molasses until everything's combined.
03 - Add flour and keep mixing. Don't worry when it looks crumbly at first. Just mix until it sticks together.
04 - Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto your lined trays.
05 - Let them bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
06 - Let them cool slightly, then coat the warm treats in sugar. After they're totally cool, give them another sugar roll.

# Notes:

01 - Don't panic when the mix looks too dry at first.
02 - Rolling twice in sugar makes them extra pretty.
