Soft Cheese Garlic Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup softened salted butter.
02 - 1 loaf of French bread.
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - Fresh parsley to sprinkle on top.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Slice the loaf lengthwise and set both halves on a sheet tray.
03 - Combine the softened butter with garlic powder. Stir in Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Spread it over both bread halves evenly.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella on top, followed by Colby jack cheese.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts. For extra crispiness, put it under the broiler for 1-2 minutes. Add parsley before serving.

02 - You can mix the garlic butter ahead of time.
