# What You’ll Need:

→ Meat & Aromatics

01 - 1 onion, diced
02 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up
03 - 1 lb of ground beef

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup corn kernels
05 - 1 cup diced potatoes
06 - 1 cup chopped green beans
07 - 1 cup sliced carrots

→ Seasonings & Sauce

08 - 1 teaspoon of dried parsley leaves
09 - 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon salt
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 10.5 oz can of creamy mushroom soup

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss the beef into a skillet and cook it until it’s brown. Get rid of the extra grease when done.
02 - Mix in the onion and garlic with the beef. Let it cook until they’re nice and soft.
03 - Move the beef mixture to your slow cooker. Add in the veggies, seasonings, and soup.
04 - Pop the lid on and let everything cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the veggies are tender.
05 - Mix in the cheese 30 minutes before it’s done cooking. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before you serve it.
