Chicken And Stuffing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts (4 pieces).
02 - Two cans of creamy chicken soup.
03 - Half a cup of sour cream.
04 - A quarter cup of chopped onions.
05 - One tablespoon of dried parsley flakes.
06 - One 6 oz box of stuffing mix.
07 - Four tablespoons of butter, melted.
08 - Fresh parsley for garnishing.

# Instructions:

01 - Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of your slow cooker.
02 - Spoon the chicken soup on top of the chicken.
03 - Gently blend the sour cream into the soup mixture.
04 - Sprinkle the diced onions and dried parsley over everything.
05 - Combine the stuffing mix with butter in a small bowl. Spread it evenly on top.
06 - Let it cook on low for 6-7 hours or use high heat for 3-4 hours.
07 - To get the top a little crispier, uncover during the last 45 minutes.
08 - Top with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley if you'd like. Pair it with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes.
09 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
