Seafood Spinach Creamy Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
02 - 1/2 cup diced onion.
03 - 2 large garlic cloves, minced.
04 - 2 tablespoons regular flour.
05 - 2 cups low-salt chicken broth.
06 - 1/2 cup light cream.
07 - 1 teaspoon mixed herbs.
08 - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes.
11 - 3/4 pound cleaned shrimp.
12 - 2 handfuls fresh spinach.
13 - 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter then sauté onion with garlic about 3 minutes on medium heat.
02 - Add flour and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes creating your base.
03 - Add broth and light cream. Sprinkle in seasonings and let bubble until thicker, about 3-4 minutes.
04 - Toss in shrimp, spinach and cheese. Let cook 3-4 minutes till shrimp turns pink and spinach softens.

# Notes:

01 - You'll need more or less salt depending on how salty your broth is.
02 - Regular milk works fine if you don't have light cream.
