Caramel Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
02 - 9 oz bag of oyster crackers
03 - 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup of packed brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon of table salt
06 - Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and get it preheated. Line your baking tray with parchment paper and spread the crackers across it in a single layer.
02 - In a pot, heat up the butter until it melts. Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Keep stirring until everything blends together. Let it bubble for a couple of minutes until it begins to thicken.
03 - Carefully pour the caramel mixture over the crackers, making sure they're all coated well. Sprinkle some salt over the top.
04 - Let it bake for about 7 to 9 minutes, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn.
05 - After taking it out of the oven, let it cool completely. Break it into smaller clusters and store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
