Set your oven to 350°F and get it preheated. Line your baking tray with parchment paper and spread the crackers across it in a single layer.

In a pot, heat up the butter until it melts. Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Keep stirring until everything blends together. Let it bubble for a couple of minutes until it begins to thicken.

Carefully pour the caramel mixture over the crackers, making sure they're all coated well. Sprinkle some salt over the top.

Let it bake for about 7 to 9 minutes, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn.

After taking it out of the oven, let it cool completely. Break it into smaller clusters and store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
