Rotel Ranch Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese
02 - 16 oz container of sour cream
03 - 1 oz packet of ranch dressing mix

→ Mix-ins

04 - 15 oz can of fire-roasted corn (drained)
05 - 10 oz can of Rotel (drained)
06 - 4 oz can of diced green chilies (drained)
07 - 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and velvety.
02 - Add the sour cream, ranch mix, corn, Rotel, chilies, and cheese. Stir it all together until combined.
03 - Cover it up tightly and let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

01 - Best served with chips like tortilla or pita.
