→ Water Bath Mix

12 - 10 cups plain water
13 - ¼ cup baking soda powder

# Instructions:

01 - Mix your warm water with sugar and yeast first. Then dump in flour, salt and melted butter. Work it all together for about 5 to 7 minutes until it feels nice and smooth.
02 - Put a cover on your dough and wait an hour until it gets twice as big.
03 - Cut it into 8 pieces and roll each one into a long rope. Stuff some mozzarella inside and twist them into pretzel shapes.
04 - Drop each pretzel in your baking soda water for about a minute or two on each side.
05 - Paint them with beaten egg and add your toppings. Pop in a hot 425°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until they look golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Eat them while they're still hot
02 - Make sure your water isn't too hot or it'll kill the yeast
