01 -
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get your baking sheet ready by covering it with parchment paper.
02 -
Grab a small bowl and stir together the pumpkin, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
03 -
Roll out the crescent dough on a board. Slice it in half to form two large pieces, then position them side by side.
04 -
Take one half of the dough and spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over it.
05 -
Put the other dough half over the first one, matching up the edges, so the filling's in the middle.
06 -
Grab a pizza cutter and slice the dough into long strips about 3/4 inch wide.
07 -
Carefully move the twisted strips to your parchment-lined baking sheet.
08 -
Twist each dough strip by holding one end, giving it two turns, then spinning the other end a couple more times.
09 -
Lightly coat each twist with melted butter using a brush.
10 -
Mix cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle this over your twists evenly.
11 -
Bake them for 8-11 minutes, or until they’re a nice golden color. If you want, serve them with some whipped cream for dipping.
