Soft and flavorful, these Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Donuts are packed with warm spices. They’re best enjoyed fresh and still warm!

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free).
02 - 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin spice blend.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - ¾ cup pureed pumpkin.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
08 - ¼ cup butter, melted (regular or plant-based).
09 - 1 cup milk (regular or non-dairy).
10 - ½ cup sugar for coating.
11 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon for coating.
12 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted (regular or vegan, for dipping sauce).
13 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup (for dipping sauce).

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease your silicone molds with a non-stick spray.
02 - Mix the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and baking soda in a large bowl until smooth.
03 - Stir the flour into the mixture and keep blending until the batter is creamy and thick.
04 - Pour the batter into the molds, enough to make about 50 donut holes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they're done.
05 - While the donut holes are baking, stir together the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
06 - Once the donuts are out of the oven and warm, roll them gently in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
07 - Whisk the maple syrup and melted butter together to create your dipping sauce. Serve warm alongside the donut holes.

# Additional Notes:

01 - These bites taste great when served warm but keep well in a sealed container for up to 48 hours.
02 - The dipping sauce is a sweet extra touch, especially for special events.
