# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
03 - 1-2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice.
04 - A pound of fresh strawberries.
05 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice until creamy. Stick it in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up a bit.
02 - Rinse strawberries under cold water, then pat them completely dry with a towel.
03 - Slice the strawberries lengthwise after removing the stems. Arrange them cut side up on a serving dish.
